Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in sales, business development or client relationship management.
- Media planning, buying, and campaign management experience (search, mobile, AI powered activation).
- Search product knowledge in search coverage, performance max, AI max, automation, value based bidding, and shopping/commerce.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to large audiences.
- Excellent track record of working with/for major digital/search/performance companies or agencies.
- Ability to travel 25-40% of the time (within the U.S.).

In this role, you will collaborate closely with agency partners and primarily serve as their ambassador to Google's advertising products and technologies. Within Google, you’ll partner closely with the Agency Sales Leads, who established the plan and priorities with agency executives, and you will activate those plans and priorities with a focus on performance products. With strong relationship-building skills, analytical abilities, and a solution-oriented mindset, you will ensure Google is maximizing every performance opportunity. Among your many attributes, you should have a strong knowledge of Google’s Performance products, especially Search. You should be highly organized and possess excellent communication/presentation skills, be comfortable working at all levels and parts of the Google and agency business. Through a combination of in-person/in-office deep dives, multi-account discussions and Labs, you help Agencies reach their KPIs objectives on key metrics and identify business development opportunities.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $108,000-$154,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver consistent advanced Labs to agencies to hone their expertise in search coverage, performance max, automation, value based bidding, and shopping/commerce.
- Optimize alongside agencies, show advanced usage and progress on key metrics and identifying business development opportunities during office hours and regular meetings with agency team leaders.
- Partner with LCS pods and sector product specialist teams on account alignment and best practices.
- Partner with Agency Sales Leads on quarterly business reviews and joint partnership plans.
- Lead a 10-20% project that is scalable across the agency team and drives value for Google, its agencies and clients.
