Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in product operations, GTM strategy, product management, or technical enablement.
  • Experience managing and developing teams of specialists, technical experts, or content designers.
  • Experience managing asset lifecycles, version control, or content management systems.
  • Experience with Google Ads ecosystem (e.g., search and AI, YouTube, or measurement).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience leading teams through major organizational shifts, maintaining a mission-first environment and psychological safety during "Neutral Zone" transitions.
  • Understanding of Google’s differentiated products and how they solve specific customer business problems in engaged environments.
  • Ability to holistically understand Google’s business model and the structural interdependence of GTM, GP, and gTech functional domains.
  • Ability to persuade executive leaders (VP+) to adopt new instructional strategies and make decisions in high-pressure environments.
  • Ability to create goals for using AI to drive productivity and creativity within a design team, while coaching them to build AI-collaboration tools for sellers.

About the job

In this role, you are the primary architect of product readiness for Google Business Organization’s Sales teams, owning the decision-making and execution for learning programs that define how sellers position Google’s most critical products. You serve as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for Global and Regional product teams, providing thought leadership to translate product roadmaps into sales-ready tactical initiatives that directly address business-blocking skill gaps.

Leading a team of high-impact Learning Specialists, you transition them from executing tasks to engineering scalable, AI-native solutions. You move beyond traditional "training" into Commercial Strategy and Operations, breaking down ambiguous business objectives into manageable workstreams focused on modular efficiency. Additionally, you will influence at the Vice President Plus (VP+) level to ensure product fluency standards align with Google’s long-term commercial goals. You will design and implement business cadences to deliver high-quality, efficient learning solutions, holding sub-teams accountable for measurable proficiency Return on Investment (ROI). Build a high-performing team by coaching Specialists in structured problem-solving, Agentic Workflows, Prompt Engineering, and AI-Native Asset Development. Persuade and test executive Go-to-Market (GTM) stakeholders (Vice President Plus) to ensure product learning solutions align with the "by sales, for sales" mentality and drive measurable proficiency Return on Investment.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $234,000-$326,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Own the business intelligence platform (PLX) tactical ingestion loop, working directly with Global Product Leads (GPLs) during Alpha/Beta phases to gather data and build the plug-ins.
  • Work with Strategy and Operations (S&O) on the intake process, vetting requests via the gate to ensure team capacity is dedicated to must-win objectives and key results (OKRs).
  • Guide the infusion of AI strategically as the default build mechanism across your team to compress development cycles from months to weeks.
  • Oversee the production of standardized product assets, including knowledge content, competitor tear downs, pitch/skill packs, and AI-driven pitch assessments.
  • Manage the "60/30/10" model for product training, ensuring core global modules are built for reuse while allowing regional leads to add the local context needed to facilitate agreements.
