This role will also be eligible for equity, benefits, and a company bonus program.

This is a hybrid role based in our New York Office and will require you to be in office or with customers on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
What’s so interesting about this role?
We’re seeking a seasoned International Brand Sales Executive to drive major brand partnerships for the leading US-based app serving the global GBTQ+ community. This high impact role is designed for a true front-line seller - someone who lives for the close, loves the hunt, and thrives on building authentic connections with top-tier brands.
In this role you’ll fully own the sales cycle to close high-value integrated sponsorships and media deals with multinational brands across luxury, lifestyle, entertainment, and consumer sectors. The ideal candidate brings deep relationships and a powerful mix of commercial savvy, cultural fluency, and a deep commitment to inclusive marketing, with a proven track record of closing integrated sponsorships and media campaigns across markets. They will serve as both a strategic partner to internal teams and a passionate ambassador for queer visibility and brand impact worldwide.
We are also open to candidates based in Berlin, Dublin, London, Madrid, or Paris.
What’s the job?
Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing high-value, direct sponsorship and media deals with multinational brands in luxury, travel, lifestyle, entertainment, and consumer sectors
Build and develop a new international territory independently, with a strong focus on Europe and potential expansion into APAC
Work closely with a high-performing team of direct sellers and brand marketers to understand business goals and objectives to pitch to prospective customers
Opportunity to shape global queer brand visibility, drive authentic community connection, and make strong commercial impact
What we'll love about you
5-7 years of experience as a front-line, quota-carrying media seller, ideally with an app, streaming service, or edgy content platform
Proven track record of prospecting and closing large-scale brand sponsorships and media deals across multiple international markets
Strong relationships with senior decision-makers at agencies and multinational brands across Europe (APAC a plus)
Comfortable building new territories independently, without a sales development engine
Deep understanding of brand safety, suitability, and inclusive marketing practices, especially in culturally nuanced or queer-focused environments
Confident working across cross-functional teams including marketing, brand, ad sales, product and legal
