We are seeking an experienced and driven Director to lead the sales team for Grubhub’s Corporate Accounts. This leader will own the strategy, operations and performance of our sales team responsible for acquiring new corporate customers. The ideal candidate is an ambitious, results-driven leader who will knock down walls to ensure their team succeeds. They have a proven track record in closing complex enterprise deals and running data-driven high-volume sales pipelines. They are passionate about developing a thriving, high-performing team.
The Impact You Will Make
Lead the full Sales team for Corporate Accounts
Achieve ambitious customer acquisition goals
Develop and implement a multi-year strategy that will achieve these goals.
Build and maintain a scalable culture of high performance on your team - clear goals, rapid tracking of results, solid coaching & feedback, rapid recognition and rewards
Build a deep bench of high-performing leaders
Create feedback loops and gain buy-in and action from cross-functional partners – product, marketing, sales, operations
What You Bring to the Table
10+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales with at least 5 years managing managers
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term vision with short-term execution
Bias for data-driven decision-making with proficiency in CRM platforms, sales analytics tools and excel/sheets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-changing, startup-like environment
Base Salary:
New York: $220,000- $231,000 ($314,000- $330,000 OTE)
We reward our Sales positions with competitive pay. For this role, we offer uncapped commission with a base salary range as outlined below, based on factors including geographic location.
Wonder Group uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
