About the Opportunity
We are seeking an Equity Program Analyst to manage and scale the company’s equity compensation programs. Reporting to the Director of Compensation, this role will oversee the day-to-day operations of our equity programs, ensure compliance and consistency across cycles, and provide analytical insights to guide decision-making. Additionally, this role will support the broader compensation team on analytics and modeling for core compensation programs. The ideal candidate brings a strong compensation foundation, 5–7 years of experience, and advanced analytical skills to support both program administration and strategic planning.

The Impact You will Make
Manage the administration of equity programs, including new hire grants, promotions, refresh grants, and special equity initiatives.
Partner with HRBPs, TA, Finance, and Legal to ensure accurate processing, alignment, and compliance.
Model and analyze equity scenarios (cost, dilution, burn rate, employee impact) to support compensation planning.
Provide tools, reporting, and education to HR and business leaders to ensure consistent application of equity programs.
Maintain and improve processes for tracking and reporting equity usage.
Support quarterly and annual reporting needs, including Finance and Audit requirements.
Identify opportunities to streamline equity administration and enhance employee understanding of equity value.
Act as the subject matter expert for equity within the Compensation team, staying current on market practices and regulatory updates.
What You Bring to the Table
Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, finance, or related field.
4 - 5 years of experience in analytics, finance, or compensation, with specific exposure to equity programs.
Strong analytical and modeling skills; advanced Excel required, proficiency with tools such as Tableau or Power BI a plus.
Familiarity with equity administration platforms (e.g., Shareworks, Carta, Fidelity) and HRIS (e.g., Workday).
Strong communication skills with the ability to present data and recommendations clearly to HR partners and business leaders.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
Base Salary
New York: $ 128,000 - 143,000
Wonder uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
