About the Role:

CaaStle is adding a new Senior Account Manager to our growing Client Partnerships and Growth team. Reporting to the Director, CP&G you are direct link between CaaStle and our Clients, working with all teams both internal and external to bring up new rental businesses and grow existing businesses for our clients on the CaaStle platform.

In addition to providing client support and business leadership for brands, you develop broad relationships in the account, from implementation through renewal, to facilitate growth.

To be successful in this role you will be expected to tell stories using data, collaborate, and can inspire and motivate across groups and levels. Your goal is to be seen as a trusted advisor in each of your accounts and to help them transform their business.

What You'll Do:

  • Liaison and main contact for the Client and teams at CaaStle
  • Partner with Director on program performance and reviews by preparing key reporting metrics for internal meetings and documents for client review for new and premium/luxury clients and lead program performance and reviews for standard clients
  • Report out on program performance for select accounts in meetings and be explain the details, metrics and reasons driving performance; Support the actions required to improve results
  • Build relationships within the Client amongst teams
  • Gain a detailed understanding of the operating priorities and goals of your Clients
  • Understand the program data and insights that promote Client engagement and growth; communicate information that supports ongoing value realization and program support with each account
  • Support regular business reviews that educate clients on program operations and performance, and including subject matter experts
  • Promote the tactics required for strategies that facilitate growth, rental integration, and mutual success for the Client and CaaStle
  • Share best practices to support program agreement and enhanced program performance
  • Engage with internal partners to help implement and launch new client programs. Promote successful completion of deliverables important to launch success.
  • Identify opportunities to guide additional program optimizations within your Clients
  • Collaborate with partners including Marketing, Merchandising, Customer Support, Product Management, and Customer Analytics.
  • Share Client and Market feedback with our teams
  • Design and implement projects that support our Clients, implementations and long-term platform growth

We'd Love for You to Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, MBA a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience, ideally in retail industries, Account Management or Client Services, consulting, strategy, e-commerce/technology experience
  • Analytical experience extracting insights and building data-driven narratives
  • Financial modeling experience
  • Solution seeking approach with the ability to implement process improvements

Pay Range:

$105,000 - $130,000. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
