About the Role
We’re hiring an Account Executive to grow sales for Heka’s Fraud Prevention solution. This role is only for hunters with a proven track record selling fraud and identity solutions to financial institutions. You’ll report directly to the CEO and work closely with Market and Product to expand our presence with banks, fintechs, and payment processors.
Ideal candidates come from leaders like Socure, Ekata, or LexisNexis, bringing a strong Rolodex of decision-makers and a history of closing complex, high-value deals.
Responsibilities
- Win New Business: Consistently hit and exceed quarterly targets by building pipeline, sourcing new logos, and closing business with fraud, compliance, and risk executives at banks, fintechs, and payment processors.
- Own the Sales Cycle: Orchestrate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes - from first outreach through procurement and signed contracts.
- Collaborate and Inform: Partner with Product and Marketing, bringing customer insights to refine positioning, strengthen execution, and support market expansion.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Work Authorization: Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Industry Experience: 3+ years of experience selling fraud prevention solutions.
- Network: Existing Rolodex of risk, compliance, and fraud executives at banks, fintechs, or payment processors.

- Track Record: Proven history of exceeding quota with mid-market and enterprise clients.
- Hunter Mentality: Relentless prospector, proactive in initiating conversations, and eager to be in front of clients.
- Sales Excellence: Consultative seller who can navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals and engage senior executives.
- Technical Fluency: Confident discussing fraud tactics and signals, including behavioral anomalies, velocity checks, and automated account attacks.
- Communication: Clear, persuasive, and confident in high-stakes presentations.
