Job Title: Founding Account Executive

Location: Full-time, NYC Office @ Financial District

About Heka

Heka is a Series A fintech company delivering web intelligence to financial institutions. Our AI-powered consumer intelligence engine uses open-source data to fill critical blind spots in consumer-facing financial services. We partner with banks, payment processors, and pension funds to enhance fraud detection, credit decisioning, and account recovery.

Bridging finance, data science, and intelligence, our 40 person team is based across NYC, London, and Tel Aviv.

About the Role

We’re looking for a relentless and tech savvy AE to serve as the engine of our sales pipeline in the US. This is a high-impact role where you will master the art of owning a deal.

Your mission: build relationships, generate traction, convert traction into revenue, and explain the Heka story in a way that defines the category.

You’ll inherit a strong brand, refined positioning, and a set of high-impact campaigns across our key financial services. You’ll report directly to leadership and work in lockstep with Marketing and Product to refine our go-to-market playbook.

Responsibilities:

Run Outbound Sales: Supported by our BDR team, you’ll own the end-to-end execution of high-touch outreach across email, LinkedIn, and phone.

Target Key Accounts: Map stakeholders and identify decision-makers within complex organizations like banks and pension funds.

Translate Technical Value: Convert Heka’s AI and web intelligence capabilities into simple, persona-driven value propositions.

Drive Pipeline: Secure and deliver high-quality discovery calls and demos to fuel the product team and leadership.

Build the Playbook: Partner with leadership to iterate on outreach playbooks, objection handlers, and GTM strategies.

Gather Market Intel: Relay frontline feedback on customer objections and competitor trends to the Product and Marketing teams.

Qualifications

● Work Authorization: Authorized to work in the U.S.

● Experience: 4 years + of experience in B2B tech sales (bonus for fraud-prevention products), ideally selling into financial institutions or fintech.

● Communication Skills: Native-level English with a strong editorial instinct.

● Self-Directed and Execution-Oriented: You take initiative, own big workstreams, and balance strategy with getting things out the door.
