Introduction

As a Security Consultant, you will be a key advisor for IBM’s clients, analyzing business requirements to design and implement the best security solutions for their needs. You will apply your technical skills to find the balance between enabling and securing the client’s organization with the cognitive solutions that are making IBM the fastest growing enterprise security business in the world.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Leads the design and the delivery of the training programs on cybersecurity
• Leads, provides guidance, and oversees the delivery of the training programs and
• prepares
• Performing training analysis against job roles and skills
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and identify solutions and approaches to meet training needs

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum 7 years of training design and delivery
• In depth knowledge of the NIST NICE Framework
• Experience creating, designing, and delivering cybersecurity training
• Experience conducting training
• Experience analysis training needs and creating training plans based on needs assessment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicatewith all levels of government’s agencies and contract staff, both technical and non-technical

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience working with clients in Europe
• Experience delivering cybersecurity training
