Introduction
As a Strategy Consultant at IBM, you will help reinvent businesses and industries by developing and utilizing specialized knowledge of industry-specific and cross-industry competitive strategies. You’ll manage complex components of an engagement, working closely with clients and their customers to understand their pain points. Your Role and Responsibilities

Sr Agile Coach will champion continuous improvement efforts during critical contract periods of performance, increase agile team performance, support change management efforts for new ways of working (with the government & team IBM), support SAFe enablement, coach current IBM leadership team, and generally improve IBM’s posture for impending recompete.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

At least 5 years agile experience (as Coach, RTE, Scrum Master, Product Owner, etc.), including 2 years of experience implementing SAFe on large government programs.
At least 10 years software development/information technology experience.
At least 3 years project/program management experience.
Currently hold an active security clearance OR able to obtain a security clearance (to be sponsored by IBM if applicable)

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

At least 3 years federal government experience.
At least 2 years bid & proposal experience.
PMP certificate
