Your Role and Responsibilities

The role will be focused on the development, support, and execution of large enablement events.

This includes owning the development of agendas, run of show, speaker alignment, speaker prep, backend production support during live broadcasts, creative input on scripts, communications, designs, and event flow.

This person will also work with third party production companies on DOUs and SoWs and support for both virtual and in-person events.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience in developing creative content (creating pptx for our portfolio, update our website, etc), marketing manager, project manager, producer, operations lead (developing the strategy for creating standard SoWs, standard operating procedures for the production team, creating intake forms, etc)
  • Creativity
  • Examples of the ability to learn and apply new skills
  • Ability to manage complex projects and articulate ideas through writing


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Any skills in video or digital production
  • Experience as an offering or product manager, event manager
