Your role and responsibilities
The Program Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling IT programs to ensure theyare completed on time and to the required quality standards, and is also responsible for theorganization, administration, and supervision of the people, processes, and technologies, which whencombined into a comprehensive plan, provides the business and technical functions needed tosuccessfully achieve NextEra’s expectations for the program.Responsibilities* Develop and implement program plans to ensure they align with business objectives and ITstrategies.* Oversee and coordinate IT services, including managing service level agreements (SLAs), service deskoperations, and incident management.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize service enhancements that alignwith business needs.* Create and maintain service catalogs, SLAs, and operational level agreements (OLAs).* Monitor and report on service performance metrics, including SLAs, key performance indicators(KPIs), and customer satisfaction.* Identify and address risks while ensuring adherence to IT governance and regulatory requirements.* Develop and manage budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation and alignment with businessgoals.* Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in service delivery andprogram management.

Experience NeededSpecific skills needed are listed below; the level of experience will vary based on tenure.* Demonstrated excellence in project management, with a proven track record of successfullyoverseeing multiple projects and programs.* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, adept at interpreting data to make informeddecisions.* Effective communicator and collaborator with extensive experience working within cross-functionalteams.* Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines and adapting to shiftingpriorities.* Leadership and management skills, with experience in directing teams and managing vendorrelationships.* Proficient in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.* Experienced with IT service management tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar systems.* Competent in using collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Teams, or similar platforms.
