Your role and responsibilities

As a specialist in campaign management at IBM Consulting, your role revolves around driving efficient tactic development alongside production partners and marketing managers, ensuring timely execution. Your responsibilities encompass art and copy proofing, link validation, and streamlining the creative approval process, including legal channels.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Art Proof Review: Diligently review art proofs at various stages, adhering to specific standards tailored to each product and channel.

Budget Oversight: Investigate and resolve budget inquiries to maintain financial accuracy.

List Coordination: Collaborate with Research and Analytics (R&A), Originator, Marketing Manager, and Campaign Analyst to address critical list issues and obtain necessary approvals.

Legal and Compliance: Take ownership of obtaining legal and compliance approvals and ensure proper closure in the required systems.

Workflow Evaluation: Assess and validate campaign workflow and process flow for the designated campaign.

Launch Planning: Contribute to the development and validation of launch plans for respective tactics, channels, or campaigns.
