Your role and responsibilities

Design and lead the architecture, strategic direction, development, and implementation of WCA.
Work closely with Development Engineering, Product Management, and other stakeholders to prioritize features and roadmap direction/content.
Lead the interaction with relevant partners (internal and external) with a focus on getting key functionality included in their roadmap.
Develop architectural and design principles with an eye on performance, resilience, scalability, security, technology constraints and comprehensibility.
Communicate architectural concepts and decisions to various audiences.

Required education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

Strong experience with the Software Development Lifecycle, with a focus on AI for Code.
Hands-on learning and demonstrable experience with architecting, implementing and leading complex features individually and in collaboration with others.
Familiarity with AL/ML technologies including LLMs.
Experience with hybrid cloud development and agile/scrum methodologies.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
