As a Talent Management Professional, you will be responsible for supporting one of our enterprise Talent Management Offering Squads including either Careers & Mobility, or Talent Intelligence & Strategy.
The Performance team is responsible for delivering programs that elevate the performance of both IBM and IBMers, and ensure we have a high performing culture.
The Careers & Mobility team is responsible for creating clear and engaging career experiences that help IBMers to achieve their development goals, and support IBM’s labor model.
The Talent Intelligence and Strategy team is responsible for building actionable recommendations from qualitative and quantitative market research about the external labor market and labor trends.
On these teams, you, along with your teammates, will be responsible for:
• Collect and analyze external labor market trends and competitive benchmarking data
• Supporting a culture of continuous feedback and growth, preparing employees for their next career move at IBM
• Assisting with creating meaningful end-to-end persona-based career experiences for employees, leveraging AI tools
Specific activities may include:
• Designing an approach to continuously understanding career experiences across our different business units and markets
Required
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact and effectively communicate with, various audiences, including leadership, peers, and cross-functional squads
• Basic proficiency with MS Excel to organize and evaluate data
• Experience creating and delivering written and verbal presentations for diverse audiences
• Collaborative, growth-minded, proactive, and detail-oriented individual
Preferred
• Demonstrated business acumen
• Hands-on experience using analytics to uncover data driven insights and explaining data through storytelling
• Experience leading programs or initiatives, especially those focused on careers, learning or Talent intelligence using foundational design thinking skills
• Knowledge of change management practices and approaches
• Experience with conducting, facilitating, or managing focus groups and surveys
• Comfort with utilizing AI tools to support work
