Lead customer-centric product strategies across the portfolio. Champion customer voice through CABs, empathy sessions, and direct product influence. Align and lead cross-portfolio product leaders to deliver a consistent and impactful customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Customer Advisory Boards (CABs): Own planning, facilitation, and execution
- Drive Empathy Across Portfolio: Design and lead empathy sessions with customers and internal teams
- Cross-Portfolio Leadership: Align product strategies across business units to reflect unified customer priorities
- Voice of the Customer (VoC): Build frameworks to integrate customer insights into roadmaps
- Executive Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the bridge between customers, product, and executive leadership
- Mentor Product Leaders: Coach cross-functional product teams on customer-first practices
- Customer Journey Mapping: Own and continuously refine experience maps across products
- Product leadership: Aggregate customer voice, leverage PMs across the portfolio to create strategic product roadmap, market readiness document, and customer shareable roadmap
- 10+ years in product leadership roles, with strong customer empathy
- Proven success running CABs, user research, and cross-functional leadership
- Strong storytelling, influence, and executive communication skills
- Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise products preferred
- Collaborative, systems-thinker with strategic vision and operational rigor
