Your role and responsibilities

o Architect end-to-end AI-driven applications that integrate LLMs, RAG pipelines, and cloud-native full-stack components.

o Lead engineering design sessions and define technical strategies, solution blueprints, and roadmaps.

o Manage and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance, career support, and code/architecture reviews.

o Collaborate closely with stakeholders (product, design, business) to align technology with business objectives.

o Oversee model lifecycle workflows — from development and fine-tuning to deployment, monitoring, and retraining.

o Ensure best practices around API design, microservices architecture, and integration patterns.

o Guide cloud deployment strategies across AWS/GCP including data services, orchestration, and security.

o Establish platform-wide observability practices using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK stack.

o Drive DevOps maturity by improving CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code practices, and automation standards.

o Present technical solutions and architecture proposals to leadership and non-technical stakeholders.

o Evaluate and introduce new technologies or methodologies (e.g., LangChain, vector databases) based on business needs.

o Ensure compliance with regulatory standards while maintaining innovation velocity.

o 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in AI/ML-centric product development.

o Proven track record architecting full-stack, cloud-native solutions in a production environment.

o Deep understanding of transformer models, LangChain, Hugging Face, and RAG pipelines.

o Strong backend skills (Java, Python, Node.js) and frontend capabilities (React, TypeScript).

o Experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.

o Expertise in Kubernetes, OpenShift, and CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Tekton).

o Strong communication skills and experience engaging with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

o Comfortable in regulated industries and balancing innovation with compliance.
