Technical Skills

5+ years of programming experience with strong software engineering proficiency.

Research background in NLP and deep learning, with a proven ability to drive original research.
Strong problem-solving skills, commitment to engineering excellence, and attention to quality.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Experience training/deploying LLMs for core NLP tasks.
Publication record in top-tier venues (NeurIPS, ICLR, ACL, EMNLP).
Creative prototyping and innovative problem-solving abilities.
Team collaboration and clear communication skills (written/verbal).
