Manage analysts through excellent communication and expectations to meet business needs in a fast changing environment. Handle continual training and development of team.
Communicate regularly with business stakeholders and manage leadership expectations.
Build thorough understanding of the data systems, business applications, and analytics needs of a sales organization. Search continuously for opportunities to grow and improve operational efficiencies with data solutions.
Coordinate directly with support and development teams for reporting requests to effectively address business needs and follow up on enhancements to reporting.
Train and support end users on designated business applications and reporting tools. Create and maintain user and system documentation, including guides, templates, data dictionaries, data flows.
