Your role and responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned class facilitator with Finance & Operations (F&O) executive experience to join our team to administer the IBM Management Assessment Program. This role requires a professional with a strong IBM background in project management, strategic planning, and F&O executive leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of guiding teams through complex projects and driving successful outcomes for the IBM Corporation.


Your Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate MAP sessions for executive-level stakeholders, ensuring alignment with IBM’s strategic objectives and business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional F&O teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement contingency plans as needed.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging open communication and active participation from all team members.
  • Ensure transparency and accountability in all responsibilities.
  • Mentor and coach team members, sharing best practices and promoting continuous improvement.

This is on demand retired supplemental position and will be working 10 to 20 days annually in our Armonk, NY campus.

Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred education
Master's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise

  • Proven experience as a MAP Facilitator or similar role.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and facilitating developmental initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Executive experience in finance or operations.

Preferred technical and professional experience

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks.
  • Project management expertise.

OTHER RELEVANT JOB DETAILS

Supplemental 1 employees may be eligible for up to 8 paid holidays, minimum of 56 hours paid sick time and the IBM Employee Stock Purchase Plan. IBM offers paid family medical leave and disability benefits to eligible employees where required by applicable law.
