This role is part of our IBM Consulting group that supports clients.
Hiring “Recruitment Sourcer” has the responsibility for direct candidate recruiting and screening. They may administer pre-screening questionnaires to develop candidate short-lists. They will support the recruiting activities related to the GOC Rehire process prior to offer acceptance. The practitioner will provide candidates with information regarding the employment opportunity and promote the GOC employment brand. The Recruitment Sourcer will manage one-on-one communication with candidates and be responsible for the candidate experience.
Ability to recruit and screen candidates.
Experience supporting HR recruitment is preferred, but not required.
