As a Workday Data Conversion Lead within IBM’s HR Talent and Transformation practice, you will lead clients through large-scale, global HR transformation programs that include the migration of legacy HR data into Workday. You will design and execute robust data conversion strategies and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, compliance, and alignment with client business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on global Workday data conversion strategy, including data readiness, retention policies, and transformation rules across multiple geographies and business units.
- Design and implement scalable Workday data conversion solutions that support complex, multi-country deployments.
- Configure and execute data loads using Workday tools such as EIB and Advanced Loader, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Lead diverse delivery teams and collaborate with client stakeholders to manage timelines, risks, and interdependencies.
- Validate and reconcile migrated data to ensure integrity and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Guide clients on data conversion best practices and influence decision-making through strategic insights and industry expertise.

Experience in Workday data conversion on complex, global HR transformation programs.
Demonstrated ability to lead diverse delivery teams and manage senior client stakeholders.
Strong data management, transformation, and validation skills.
Workday Core HCM Certification required and HCM Data Loading certification preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and advisory skills to influence client decisions effectively.
