As a Workday HCM & Compensation Lead, you will play a key role in designing and delivering integrated Workday solutions for global HR transformation programs. You will partner with multinational clients to optimize HR and compensation processes, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on Workday HCM and Compensation deployment strategy, foundational setup, and regulatory considerations across global operations.
- Design and configure Workday HCM and Compensation modules—salary structures, bonus programs, and organizational hierarchies—tailored for multi-country implementations.
- Design and configure Workday Security - Security Groups, Roles Assignments, Document security, Authentication Policies
- Lead delivery teams through design, configuration, testing, and deployment phases, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, facilitate decision-making, and guide clients on best practices to achieve transformation goals.
- Optimize Workday HCM and Compensation processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and employee experience.
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations aligned to global HR standards.
- This Job can be Performed from anywhere in the US.
- Proven Workday HCM and Compensation implementation experience across global HR transformation programs.
- Workday Core HCM certification required; Compensation certification preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse consulting teams and manage complex client relationships.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, regulatory compliance, and organizational change management.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills to guide senior stakeholders toward strategic outcomes.
