The Team

The Growth team at Imprint is responsible for relentlessly driving the growth of our business, from setting go-to-market strategy, to launching and running our merchant partners’ programs successfully, and scaling their growth through new cardholder acquisition and existing cardholder engagement. We span business development, marketing, partner success, brand and product, and work cross-functionally with the leadership team to be the voice and advocate for our partners.

The Job

The Associate Program Manager will help our brand partners launch and optimize their co-brand program with Imprint. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about growing our merchant partnerships through executing key strategies and nurturing relationships. They are highly organized, have strong presentation skills, and are experienced in program management. This role will support the Program Manager on the overall strategy for the program, own and execute growth initiatives within the strategy, and analyze program performance to help drive ongoing improvement.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Launch strategic programs by planning timelines and deliverables, mobilizing internal cross-functional teams, identifying dependencies, and highlighting risks and developing plans to mitigate them
  • Drive program growth by analyzing KPIs to recommend and execute on strategic initiatives, including targeted marketing campaigns and risk-based credit strategies
  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategy for our partner’s programs. Own the execution of specific marketing initiatives, coordinating with internal and partner teams to bring campaigns to market
  • Partner closely with Product to develop customized enhancements for our partners that drive customer acquisition and engagement
  • Support creating presentations and business reviews for merchant meetings
  • Manage program budget, ensuring deployment towards initiatives that maximize customer lifetime value and minimize cost of acquisition.
  • Track and proactively share insights with internal and external stakeholders to build case studies that support our merchant acquisition efforts and evangelize Imprint with our partners

We Are Looking For Folks With

  • 6-8 years of relevant program management, operations, and marketing experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and play a client services role is a must - demonstrate the ability to marry the goals of two brands to drive mutual growth
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and initiatives and execute flawlessly
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present in front of large audiences including executive stakeholders
  • Balance of creativity and analysis – the ability to turn data & insights into action
  • Experience leading cross functional projects, with high attention to detail
  • Collaborative mindset - has a problem-solving approach with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent presentation and data organization skills. Proficiency in Google Workspace (e.g. Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) a plus

Annual salary range: $120k-$140k and competitive equity package
