The Role
We’re seeking a motivated Product Manager Intern to join our Summer 2025 Internship program. This role provides hands-on experience in product management, supporting the development and enhancement of our cutting-edge payment solutions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, and Operations, to deliver impactful projects and improve customer experiences.
Location
This role will be a hybrid work format, with time split between working remotely and working onsite from our New York HQ, 2-3 days a week as required by your manager.
What You’ll Do
Customer Research: Conduct market research, understand partner needs, and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements.
Product Development Support: Assist in defining requirements, creating user stories, and prioritizing features for product enhancements and new launches.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Growth teams to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives.
Metrics Tracking: Monitor product performance and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
Process Optimization: Support the development of tools and workflows to streamline product management processes.
What We’re Looking For
Incoming Juniors or Seniors graduating in 2025-2026.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance or a related field.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with tools like Google Suite, Jira, or Trello (experience with analytics tools is a plus).
A strong interest in Product Management, Fintech, or Technology-driven solutions.
