Responsibilities and Duties

  • Lead resources across various business functions, including operations, sales operations, finance, and analytics
  • Integrate sales enablement best practices across the organization’s sales departments, including Insticator, OKO, and Balihoo
  • Monitor sales targets, pacing, and actuals reporting on a regular basis
  • Manage the sales tech stack, including tools such as CRM, video conferencing, lead prospecting, and sales intelligence, as well as implement best practices for the team to achieve weekly sales quotas and targets
  • Work directly with the VP of Operations and Director of Finance on various cross-functional tasks
  • Participate in due diligence for potential acquisition opportunities
  • Conduct regular cross-departmental trainings to better educate other Insticator teams on workflows to increase communication to improve our services


Professional competencies

  • 7+ years of operations, financal operations, and/or sales operations experience
  • Masters degree in an analytics field is preferred
  • Working experience in ad tech is preferred
  • Intermediate experience in a data query language such as SQL, Python, or R is preferred
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills is required
  • Ability to learn new skills and information sets quickly
  • Ability to solve unique or complex problems and explain your findings in a concise, actionable manner
  • Ability to context-switch or multi-task as needed
  • Ability to define processes where little to no definition exists
  • Strong attention to detail
