About the Role
The Vice President, US Advertiser Business will lead our Media & Attribution, Dynamic Creative Optimization and Franchise/Multi-Location solutions in the US, providing technology driven service solutions to end clients and agencies across all digital channels including programmatic, paid social, paid search. This person will be responsible for driving innovation, performance, and operational excellence across all digital channels. This executive will own the strategy, execution, and growth of our US Advertiser offering, ensuring best-in-class client results, seamless collaboration across teams, and scalable business operations.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in programmatic, paid social, paid search (Google Ads), dynamic creative optimization (DCO) and media attribution, a proven track record of scaling managed-service operations, and the ability to inspire and lead high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
- Define and execute the company’s vision for our Media & Attribution, DCO and Franchise/Multi-Location solutions
- Drive innovation in media planning, activation, optimization, and measurement to ensure market-leading capabilities.
- Partner with executive leadership on company growth strategies, revenue targets, and go-to-market planning.
Client Growth & Success
- Oversee client campaign strategy across programmatic, paid social, and paid search, ensuring KPIs and business outcomes are consistently achieved.
- Partner with Product & Engineering teams on development and adoption of our proprietary Performance & Attribution to measure ROI and inform investment decisions.
- Serve as a visible, trusted senior resource for key client accounts; providing thought leadership, strategy and consultative support.
- Develop case studies, POVs, and market insights to strengthen client relationships and attract new business.
Operations & Performance
- Build and manage scalable workflows, processes, and tools for campaign management, reporting, and attribution across all channels.
- Establish standards for measurement, testing, attribution, and optimization in programmatic, paid social, and paid search/Google Ads.
- Partner with product/tech teams to evaluate and implement ad tech, search tools, attribution solutions, data, and analytics platforms.
Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and grow a cross-functional team of media strategists, traders, analysts, and account leads across programmatic, social, search, and analytics.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Ensure training and professional development programs are in place to keep teams on the cutting edge of programmatic, paid social, paid search, and attribution practices.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in digital media, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in programmatic advertising, paid social, paid search (Google Ads)
- Experience with media attribution & DCO preferred
- Experience driving success for franchise or multi-location clients is a strong plus
- Strong understanding of ad tech (DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, CDPs, attribution and measurement tools, search management platforms).
- Successful track record in senior client-facing service and strategy roles
- Proven track record of scaling managed-service teams and delivering strong client outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and attribution insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and executive presence skills.
- Experience with P&L ownership and financial planning preferred
