Build the engine behind the future of healthcare

At Integral Health, we're reimagining how behavioral health and primary care work together. We're launching new primary care partnerships every month, and each one takes dozens of moving parts to go live: EHR builds, workflow setup, training logistics, data configuration, materials, and a hundred small things that have to happen in the right order.

Right now every launch costs about as much effort as the last one. Your job is to change that.

This role owns the operational spine underneath our provider partnerships — the systems, the tracking, the documentation, and the reporting that let our field team stay in clinics instead of chasing checklists. You're not supporting the program. You're the reason it scales.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own the launch playbook. Run implementations for every new practice — the tracker, the checklist, the sequencing, the follow-through. Then standardize it, so launch fourteen costs half what launch four did.
  • Be the system of record. CRM hygiene, practice status tracking, phase transitions, documentation. If it isn't accurate here, it isn't real.
  • Run reporting. Build and distribute practice scorecards on a reliable cadence. Monitor enrollment, engagement, referral volume, and outcomes. Surface the trend before anyone has to ask for it.
  • Own Provider Success. You're the inbox. Patient departures, insurance changes, discharge notifications, practice questions — triaged, routed, resolved, and answered within our 48-hour standard.
  • Write the SOPs. When something happens twice, it needs a documented process. You'll build and maintain the library.
  • Close loops nobody assigned you. Item nine of twenty is stalled. Nobody told you. You noticed, and you chased it.

WHY IT'S LEAD-LEVEL

This isn't coordination work with a bigger title. You own the systems themselves — the playbook, the SOP library, the reporting stack, and the standard for how a practice gets implemented. You'll set how this function operates, and as we add operations capacity, you'll shape and eventually lead that team.

  • Remote flexibility, Buffalo advantage. Work from anywhere, or join us in Buffalo for hybrid work and closer collaboration with our provider partners.
  • Career trajectory. Pathway to Provider Operations Manager or Director of Provider Operations as the function grows.
  • Balanced work culture. No nights. No weekends. Structured schedules that respect boundaries.

COMPENSATION

  • Base: $85,000 – $105,000 annually (or $41 – $50/hour)
  • Up to 10% annual performance bonus, plus equity
  • Flexible schedule
  • No nights. No weekends.

ABOUT YOU

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong written communication — you'll be the voice practices hear most often
  • Genuinely comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and CRMs; quick to learn new platforms
  • Detail-oriented in the specific sense that unfinished items bother you

What actually predicts success here

  • You build the template instead of doing it twelve times. This is the single strongest signal we screen for. Come ready with an example of a process you standardized.
  • You chase busy people without becoming a nuisance. Office managers, clinicians, internal staff — persistent, pleasant, effective.
  • You write well under pressure. Every practice's impression of our responsiveness runs through your email.
  • You hold a standard when it's easier not to. The 48-hour clock is real.
  • You have enough healthcare literacy to handle a discharge notification or an insurance change without mangling it.

Backgrounds that translate well

Implementation or onboarding coordinator at a healthcare SaaS/EHR vendor · clinical research coordinator · practice administrator · credentialing or revenue cycle coordinator · project coordinator from any regulated industry

THIS ISN'T FOR YOU IF

  • You need the process defined for you before you can start
  • Repetition bores you into carelessness
  • You want to be in the room with physicians building the relationships — that's our field role, and a great one, but it isn't this
  • You're looking for a “set it and forget it” operations job
  • You're not comfortable with the pace and ambiguity of a scaling startup
