With approximately 100 million customers worldwide using products such as TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to prosper. We never stop working to find new, innovative ways to make that possible.

Job Overview

Come join the Intuit Mid-Market Ecosystem team as a Software Engineer.
As Intuit expands its footprint in the Mid-Market and Enterprise segment, you will be part of the team enabling our marketing website to be best-in-class — built with reusable components, data-driven experimentation, and a deep focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

We are obsessed with understanding our customers’ needs and solving their problems at scale. In this role, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally to create seamless, intuitive, and high-performing experiences that help our customers discover the right solutions for their business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality, responsive, and accessible front-end features using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or similar).

  • Collaborate closely with designers and product managers to deliver intuitive, customer-obsessed user experiences.

  • Translate functional requirements into clean, maintainable, and efficient front-end code.

  • Participate in code reviews to maintain engineering excellence, quality, and consistency across the codebase.

  • Contribute to the design and development of reusable UI components that align with Intuit’s design system and brand standards.

  • Partner with back-end engineers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow across systems.

  • Write automated tests (unit, integration, and end-to-end) to ensure product reliability and scalability.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and UI inconsistencies.

  • Demonstrate a growth mindset — learn new technologies, frameworks, and tools to continuously improve code quality and user experience.

  • Contribute to Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team.

  • Show customer obsession by deeply understanding user needs and ensuring every interaction is simple, delightful, and reliable.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 1–3 years of experience building responsive, high-quality web applications.

  • Strong foundation in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

  • Hands-on experience with at least one major front-end framework (React, Vue, or Angular).

  • Understanding of state management patterns (e.g., Redux, Context API, or Vuex).

  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with back-end services.

  • Experience with front-end build tools such as Webpack, Vite, or Babel.

  • Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and responsive design best practices.

  • Exposure to automated testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress) and a focus on delivering high-quality code.

  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub) and Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a passion for creating intuitive, customer-focused user experiences.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills — able to work effectively with designers, product managers, and engineers.

  • Curiosity and a growth mindset — continuously learning new technologies and best practices in front-end development.

  • Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, or cloud environments (AWS, GCP) is a plus.
