The Team

Today, Intuit brings industry leading solutions to businesses around the world including Accounting, Payroll, Payments and Marketing. The QuickBooks Shared Experiences Team is the team that brings all products together into a cohesive and delightful experience for our customers. Beyond playing a foundational role that amplifies all QuickBooks products, this team is taking the lead in setting the QuickBooks multi-year vision and leading the transformation of a fully reimagined platform. We call this the “QuickBooks Ecosystem Transformation vision”.

The Role

We are seeking an exceptional Staff Product Manager who thrives on reimagining flagship platforms at scale and leading across a large organization. This Staff Product Manager will join the QuickBooks Shared Experiences team to lead high priority efforts to bring our Ecosystem Transformation vision to life as a reimagined product experience. You will partner with a dedicated product team (Design, Engineering, Analytics) as well as other product teams across the QuickBooks ecosystem and deliver increased customer benefit and accelerated revenue growth.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and define the product strategy for top Shared Experience team priorities within a high complexity product area.

  • Craft and build the product customer experience and technical solution that will power the reimagined Shared Experiences.

  • Dreams big with a bold, enduring, inspiring product vision and strategy — yet delivers the short and long.

  • Translate strategy into a product roadmap to deliver measurable outcomes.

  • Create a x-functional team structure and culture that fosters learning and executional excellence.

  • Make data-backed decisions and define high quality success metrics.

  • Have an informed perspective on how to leverage leading edge technologies to build AI-first and data powered products.

  • Able to effectively partner across product teams within a large organization to move with speed.

  • Identifies new opportunities based on customer insights, competitive research, and industry trends.

  • Creates and maintains momentum, helping product teams move forward swiftly and with rigor, a learning mindset and a bias toward action.

  • Evidence of excelling in environments of high cross company collaboration across platform, product, and marketing teams.


Qualifications

  • 4+ years designing and delivering world-class software products as a Product Manager.

  • Demonstrated repeated success in creating innovative shared experiences that drive customer benefit and revenue growth.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels.

  • Capable of decomposing a big vision into bite-size milestones.

  • A positive and entrepreneurial mindset; self-aware with a strong desire to learn.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excels in driving cross-functional teams and leading initiatives across an organization involving multiple product and marketing teams.

  • Deeply curious and data-driven. Develops and defends strong points-of-view with data, analytics and the voice of the customer.

  • Passionate for solving customer problems (the big ones and the small ones).

  • Undergraduate degree required in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, Science, Business or related discipline required; MBA or MS a plus. Equivalent professional experience will be considered.

Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. The expected base pay range for this position is: New York City, New York: $177,500 - 240,500
