Overview

Intuit's Technical Program Managers connect strategy to execution, keeping our most important technical initiatives on track across engineering teams. We're looking for GHC attendees who love untangling complex, cross-team dependencies and driving programs that move the needle for millions of customers.

Responsibilities

• Structure and drive delivery of complex technical programs across multiple engineering teams

• Identify risks and dependencies early, and proactively resolve blockers before they impact delivery

• Apply software development lifecycle (SDLC) knowledge to guide technical planning and execution

• Partner with engineers and technical leaders to resolve issues and make sound trade-off decisions

• Use AI tools to accelerate program analysis, risk-tracking, and stakeholder communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, program management, or a related technical delivery role

• Working knowledge of SDLC and modern software development practices

• Strong stakeholder management and cross-team communication skills

• Ability to quickly absorb new technical domains and structure them into an actionable plan

• Familiarity with AI-assisted delivery tools and an interest in applying them to program execution
