Senior Account Strategist

What You'll Do:

  • Own the strategy and daily management of a portfolio of agency partners, serving as their go-to expert on Criteo’s performance marketing solutions.
  • Build strong, consultative relationships across agency teams, aligning their strategic goals with Criteo’s offerings to drive growth and retention.
  • Design and scale structured, repeatable engagement models and touchpoints that enable agencies to get the most value from Criteo.
  • Identify emerging agency trends and proactively evolve our engagement approach to stay ahead of industry shifts.
  • Lead strategic business reviews, campaign optimizations, and media planning sessions to ensure performance goals are met or exceeded.
  • Analyze campaign data to surface insights and opportunities, with KPIs focused on retargeting, acquisition, and retention.
  • Develop and implement scalable, email-based upsell strategies to drive incremental revenue across a large portfolio of clients
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g. analytics, technical solutions, marketing) to identify high-potential segments and personalize messaging
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure flawless campaign execution, troubleshoot issues, and deliver excellent client service.
  • Forecast revenue accurately across your agency portfolio, identify new client opportunities, and hit individual revenue targets.
  • Think both strategically and tactically—balancing long-term growth with immediate performance goals.

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of direct client management experience in a data-driven environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in the advertising or marketing industry (or related).
  • Experience with Ecommerce is preferred
  • Proven success managing and expanding client relationships in a fast-paced, revenue-driven environment.
  • Self-starter with a strong drive to provide best-in-class service and ensure optimal campaign performance.
  • Strategic thinker who can balance long-term planning with the urgency of hitting near-term revenue goals.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills.

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:

$89440-$111,800
