Discover a unique opportunity to lead and innovate within our Digital Markets Research Modernization team.
We are seeking a driven and experienced Vice President to join our Corporate Investment Bank's Global Research modernization team. This role is pivotal in delivering cutting-edge digital products and solutions to our internal and external clients, enhancing the curation and consumption of our Global Research products across various digital channels, including Email, Web, Mobile, and APIs.
Job Summary: As the VP of Digital Publishing, you will work with a strategically important team focused on developing digital products that enable our analysts to develop and publish insights for Institutional Investors who access and engage with our award-winning Research content on their preferred digital platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the product vision and strategy for the digital publishing platform.
- Define and manage the end-to-end product roadmap and budget.
- Prioritize the product pipeline, balancing stakeholder needs, deadlines, and engineering capacity.
- Partner with Analysts, Technology, Vendors, and Compliance to deliver solutions in an increasingly dynamic industry.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements for technology delivery.
- Integrate AI into the analyst workflow to boost productivity.
- Develop and execute a roadmap for mobile research authoring and review.
- Update multimedia components in workflows and collaborate with data, distribution, and content teams.
- Analyze client engagement data for insights and new product ideas.
- Utilize data analytics for personalized research content recommendations.
- Define and communicate roadmap, OKRs, and KPIs to stakeholders and senior management.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Compliance, Operations, Technology, Business Management, Data Science, and DXD/UX.
- Stay informed on market trends in digital publishing and distribution.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 10+ years of proven product management experience in the financial sector.
- Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to translate high-level strategy into tangible deliveries.
- Experience leading global matrix teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of MIS and its role in product development.
- Proven track record of using data to identify business value.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Understanding of Investment Research publishing and client distribution.
