Job Description
Chase Dining, a part of Connected Commerce, is hiring for a role focused on supporting our restaurant relationship strategy across experiential, marketing, and other dining-related benefits on behalf of Chase customer products.
As a Senior Associate, Restaurant Relations Manager within Chase Dining, you will focus on cultivating and maintaining restaurant relationships in East Coast markets for the firm. You will be responsible for establishing vital connections with restaurants, offering expert insights into their operations, staying informed about industry news and trends, and acting as a liaison to connect potential restaurant partners with the Chase team for dining benefits and experiences.
Job Responsibilities
- Build relationships in the restaurant industry in East Coast markets, with particular attention on NYC, to create a proactive foundation for potential partnerships and activations for Chase Dining and Infatuation
- Support Chase Dining activations by sourcing and coordinating restaurant integrations from start to finish for special projects
- Serve as a key source of knowledge for restaurant operations, collaborating closely with the experiential team to ensure alignment between operations and guest experience
- Lead restaurant line up curation for EEEEEATSCON New York and Miami by managing prospect lists with Editorial, facilitating restaurant outreach, pitching, and onboarding, as well as collaborating with experiential, talent, and marketing teams
- Manage and maintain industry contact database for assigned markets and support the work of building out a larger cross-team CRM system and strategy
- Track relationship development and partnership satisfaction with restaurants following all activations to increase perception of Chase as a dining partner in the industry
- Stay up to date with industry news, trends, openings/closings, etc. and communicate learnings to the larger team
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities
- 3+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, ideally with some time spent working in a restaurant environment
- Passionate and knowledgeable about restaurants, bars, food & beverage, and travel
- Extensive network of restaurant industry contacts, particularly in the NYC hospitality space
- Naturally hospitable, client-centric, and able to advocate for the needs of restaurant partners
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; highly organized and detail-oriented
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to go the extra mile
- Ability to balance big-picture thinking with strong attention to detail
- Committed to creating an inclusive, respectful, and collaborative environment for all stakeholders
- Comfortable working 5 days per week in office and/or in the field for internal or external events
- Willing and able to travel frequently, attend industry events, and dine out as part of relationship development
Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including both back-of-house (BOH) and front-of-house (FOH) workflows
- Experience representing a brand at high-profile dining, hospitality, or experiential events
- Strong presence in and knowledge of the regional culinary and hospitality community
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM and project management platforms
