Job Description
Join our team as a Retention Marketing Senior Associate, where you'll have the unique opportunity to manage and influence card account retention strategies, driving impactful results across various channels.
As a Retention Marketing Senior Associate within the Marketing Growth and Innovation organization of Card Services, you will oversee all Credit Card Account Retention activities. You will manage and influence retention strategies and the day-to-day execution of these efforts across channels such as email, phone, web, and in-app. You will engage business partners across different teams to achieve Chase Card Services and Business Partner objectives, overseeing strategies, reporting, and training.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead retention strategies across products, partnering with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Oversee results reporting for campaigns and overall retention metrics at the portfolio and product levels.
- Collaborate with partners on retention strategies, synthesizing results and driving new tactics.
- Improve existing retention campaigns and develop new strategies for execution.
- Leverage insights from campaign analytics to summarize performance and develop data-driven strategies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and lead through strong collaboration.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of direct marketing experience.
- Experience working with multiple internal and external partners.
- Strong oral, written communication, and presentation skills.
- Logical, analytical thinker with advanced understanding of success metrics.
- Strong ability to influence and gain buy-in.
- Effective at prioritizing and managing multiple complex initiatives concurrently.
- Results-oriented self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
- Promote a strong control environment, adhering to risk/control procedures while maintaining a customer-first mindset.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven, highly dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Specific credit card marketing experience desired.
