Job Description
Join JPMorgan Chase as a Vice President in Transfer Agency Operations, where you will lead a talented team in a fast-paced environment, driving strategic change and delivering exceptional results for our business.
As a Vice President on the TA Ops team, you will oversee critical operations, manage high-profile client relationships, and ensure compliance with KYC/AML standards. You will collaborate with senior leaders across various teams to drive strategic initiatives and ensure the Transfer Agency is “Audit Ready” at all times.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to ensure accurate and timely processing of Fund and Investor level activities.
- Serve as the primary contact for high-profile clients, managing complex inquiries.
- Oversee completeness reviews related to investor or fund activity/changes.
- Direct the production and review of client and investor level reporting.
- Lead ad-hoc reporting, including board reports and audit requests.
- Manage the final signoff process for investor transactions and resolve documentation issues.
- Champion established processes and lead initiatives to improve accuracy and mitigate risk.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Proven dedication to superior client service with the ability to remain poised under pressure.
- Strong leadership skills with a professional and proactive approach to work.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work with precision in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with strong follow-through and strategic vision.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry.
- Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to create a vision and actionable roadmap with a focus on ongoing innovation.
