Job Description:
The Product Lead for the Addepar Solution Strategy and Execution for J.P. Morgan Private Bank will lead the strategic direction and implementation of the Addepar platform for large clients within the Private Bank. This role requires a strategic thinker and execution-oriented leader who can drive the adoption and optimization of the Addepar solution, focusing on external asset aggregation and performance reporting, to enhance client value and satisfaction. The VP will oversee the solution lifecycle, from strategic planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs.
Core Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the Addepar solution, emphasizing external asset aggregation and performance reporting, tailored to large clients in the Private Bank.
- Develop a vision and plan for potentially extending the Addepar offering to more client segments.
- Strategize the integration of aggregated data into JPM systems to enhance overall client service and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align solution goals with broader business objectives.
- Solution Development and Management:
- Oversee the entire solution lifecycle, including needs assessment, customization, implementation, and optimization of asset aggregation and performance reporting features.
- Define the client experience and drive the delivery of tooling to onboard new clients efficiently.
- Ensure the solution meets regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in solution offerings.
- Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Communicate solution vision and strategy effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Financial and Performance Management:
- Manage solution budgets and financial performance, ensuring profitability and growth.
- Analyze solution performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
- Market and Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats related to wealth management solutions.
- Develop strategies to differentiate our Addepar solution in the marketplace.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- 10 years of experience in product management, with a track record of success in senior leadership roles.
- Proven experience in product management, with a focus on wealth management platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- Experience with Addepar is helpful.
