Job Description

Join the Commercial and Investment Banking Planning and Analysis Transformation and Innovation to enable the production of reporting and analytics while modernizing our planning processes and data consumption patterns!


As an Analytics Solutions Lead, within the Corporate and Investment Banking Central Planning and Analysis team, you will shape our product strategy, manage a backlog, and collaborate with various stakeholders, while having the opportunity to devise data strategies and generate influential analytics to bolster the business strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute on our data and product strategy that delivers value to the end users
  • Conduct user interviews and prioritize user needs, test ideas, and turn them into effective solutions
  • Build dashboards and perform data analysis using SQL and Python
  • Understand financial data models across various data products
  • Collaborate and present technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
  • Establish and maintain collaborative partnerships with stakeholders

Required qualification, capabilities, and skills:

  • 5+ years of experience with data analysis and product management; Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as BA, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, marketing, or Economics.
  • Excellent communication skills, effectively conveying complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to formulate product strategy, roadmap and managing a backlog
  • Strong understanding of data models, and BI tools (Qlik and Tableau)
  • Experience in data analytics (e.g., SQL or Python) with the ability to analyze data for decision-making
  • Financial services industry domain expertise

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and technologies, such as AWS and Databricks
  • Experience with emerging data consumption tools
  • Master's Degree such as MBA, Product Management, Information Technology or Computer Science
  • Certifications such as Agile or Scrum Certifications
