We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking individual to spearhead the transformation of Card Marketing processes and capabilities.
As a Marketing Product Analyst on the Card Transformation team, your primary responsibilities will involve leading the redesign of marketing activation processes, optimizing a unified campaign intake and workflow tool, and developing robust change management protocols to significantly elevate quality, speed, and efficiency of marketing campaign delivery.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive strategic, complex programs across functions from initiation to delivery.
- Design and implement new capabilities and processes.
- Lead end-to-end execution of program objectives, including planning, requirements gathering, and governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define problem statements, goals, and business requirements.
- Facilitate ideation sessions and prioritize solutions across stakeholders.
- Maintain an analytical mindset to synthesize requirements and manage risks.
- Communicate effectively across all organizational levels through impactful storytelling.
- Build relationships with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and drive solutions.
- Collaborate on governance models to monitor progress and resolve issues.
- Champion business and culture transformation with integrity and humility.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of related experience in product analysis, marketing, or program management.
- Demonstrate experience in end-to-end program delivery and familiarity with best practices.
- Exhibit initiative and creativity in strategic thinking and execution.
- Show ability to navigate ambiguity and define paths forward.
- Be familiar with agile practices and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Microsoft Teams).
- Lead process improvements in marketing campaign execution.
- Implement AI/Machine Learning automation in marketing processes.
- Standardize the business process model for the unified workflow tool.
