Job Description
As a Product Manager in Business Banking SMB CFX (Small Business, Client & Frontline Experiences), you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you act as the voice of the customer and frontline employees in developing solutions which help small businesses better manage their accounts and transactions with timely communications.
Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to influence, orchestrate and deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Job responsibilities
- Propel and execute product delivery across the full lifecycle including discovery, requirements gathering, solutioning, design/build and implementation
- Effectively cultivate cross-functional relationships with key partners (Business Banking, Product, Tech) to develop deep product expertise and influence others to deliver results
- Define requirements, and prioritize delivery in order to maximize the business value of the investment working closely with Business Owner/Product Director/Design to achieve combined goals
- Hands-on management of a product backlog including story refinement and ranking, daily participation in all Scrum events
- Track and monitor product performance, analyze data, produce relevant reporting and identify areas of opportunity (including but not limited to processes)
- Adapt to and execute changes to regulatory and controls requirements
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum 7 years of applicable business experience with demonstrated expertise in Product development in Agile operating model/scrum team environment in a large, cross-functional organization (e.g., Financial Services, Technology firm)
- Ability to work collaboratively to define and execute new products and solutions to support customer/employee needs and address new business opportunities
- Experience working with business application owners and development teams to document business requirements, lead scope definition, technical implementation, end-to-end testing, and operational readiness
- Highly motivated self-starter, capable of working under minimal supervision with strong decision making, analytical and creative thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver messages in clear and concise manner to all levels of the organization, including Executive Leadership
- Track record of personal initiative, strong work ethic, proactive setting and achieving goals, ability to work independently, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and entrepreneurial leadership
- Team player with the ability to work productively within a group and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
- Analytical / Problem Solving skills - ability to visualize, articulate, and solve complex problems
- Excellent Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Jira/Jira Align and organizational/time management skills
