DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Responsible for the entire lifecycle of a product idea, from inception to delivery, including product definition and supporting solutions. Collaborate with Trading, Sales, and Clients to define end-to-end solutions based on business requirements and the competitive landscape of Fixed Income Electronic Trading. Establish objectives for dependent teams and outline product requirements, focused on enhancing the automation and distribution strategies for JP Morgan's Fixed Income Electronic Trading business. Develop and own business strategies that respond to evolving market trends and emerging technologies. Work closely with technology and internal Fintech Strategy and Strategic Investment teams to execute the team's agenda including evaluating key companies for partnerships and engagement channels. Define technology governance programs to ensure alignment with agreed roadmaps and support project execution, addressing risks and resolving issues. Translate business strategies into prioritized platform requirements and develop connectivity agendas and roadmaps to align technology investment spending. Responsible for product development for specific business initiatives. Responsible for the complete design and delivery of client-facing solutions. Determine strategic partnerships and create business cases for investment, aligning with JPMC's e-Trading objectives, enhancing efforts, and exploring future monetization opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Credit Digital Markets Product Manager, Product Manager, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Credit Digital Markets Product Manager, Product Manager, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires one (1) year of experience with the following: Designing and implementing technological solutions for modernizing workflows in Fixed Income Sales and Trading, focusing on pricing, distribution capabilities, and trade capture functions; Onboarding electronic trading platforms for Fixed Income products (including Rates Derivatives, Credit Derivatives, bonds, loans, and CLOs); Managing aspects of legal, sourcing, controls, compliance, data agreements, and technology considerations for a major sell-side entity; Tableau for business analytics and data visualization; Excel for data analysis, reporting, and visualization; and Python including Pandas for data analysis, manipulation, and numerical computations; Fixed Income trading market structure, along with its evolution, key data and electronic execution providers to inform strategic decisions on partnerships, functional engagement with third parties, and commercial negotiations; and industry standard pricing distribution channels. This position requires any amount of experience with the following: Jira for tracking project progress, managing sprints, and translating objectives into technical requirements; FIGMA for designing product wireframes and improving user experience; Working with AI and machine learning techniques to transform instant messaging transcripts into structured and commercialized information; Collaborating with external data analytics service providers to improve product performance; Conducting customer interviews to gather insights and feedback; Industry and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities and threats; Designing and presenting product roadmaps to leadership; Designing system workflows and data structures, and producing documentation and artifacts to support development and maintenance; UX design processes and techniques for creating intuitive interfaces; Managing technology resource accounting to ensure projects stay within timeline and resources; Implementing quantitative and data-driven test and quality control procedures to maintain product standards; Product Development and Lifecycle Management; Project tracking tools including Jira and Confluence; Data analytics for optimizing product design and enhancing user experience.

Full-Time. Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 per year.
