Job Description
As a Project Manager in Chase Travel, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and negotiating strategic travel partnerships that provide exceptional value to cardmembers. These partnerships enhance our card portfolio through integrated travel and lifestyle benefits. Additionally, Chase Travel oversees significant strategic alliances with co-brand partners, our premium travel advisor community, and our online technology team.
Establishing these partnerships demands strategic foresight, and we seeking dynamic individuals who can excel at Chase. You will possess the ability to think strategically and deliver outstanding travel experiences for Chase customers. You must be adept at building relationships across various business lines and leveraging these connections to streamline operations and develop new processes. Innovation, forward-thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are essential. You will collaborate with leaders across the bank to drive business growth and deliver impactful results.
Job Responsibilities:
- Aligns rates and content with expectations; validate partner submissions.
- Assists with onboarding; facilitate communication and follow-up for internal teams.
- Collaborates with Product for user interface availability; ensure online content accuracy.
- Obtains necessary rates and content from partners for optimal customer experience.
- Develops and analyze regular reports for hotel and Account Management; conduct results reviews.
- Implements training programs for direct hotel initiatives.
- Efficiently resolves issues affecting Card Member experience at point of sale.
- Provides backup for contracting and mystery shopping; manage ad-hoc projects to enhance team efficiency.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Connectivity and distribution background is advantageous.
- Experience in the travel industry, particularly in hotels or accommodations, is preferred.
- Partner or supplier management experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to project success.
- Team player with robust project management experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Preferred knowledge of Sabre GDS
