As an Onboarding Specialist on the Customized Managed Account Solutions (CMAS) team you will have the opportunity to implement investment solutions while collaborating with stakeholders. In the role you will work across stakeholders to lead the implementation of client/fund lifecycle changes and grow your skills within the team.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end client/platform onboarding events coordinating with key stakeholders
- Manage and oversee new account / client data across required systems critical to driving internal processes related to investment activities and reporting including marketing collateral
- Support both the development of new and enhancement of existing operating models to enable further growth of the business, improve scalability, increase controls, and mitigate risk
- Participate in external calls with Intermediary partners to articulate operational set up requirements and processes
- Create and manage internal presentations to provide business or project updates
- Have a strong controls mindset adhering to internal procedures to achieve process consistency
- Adapt to and drive change to improve the client experience and operational efficiency
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of financial services industry in the asset or wealth management spaces
- Prior experience in project management, client service, and/or operations
- Expertise with Excel (e.g., using pivot tables, formulas, etc.) and PowerPoint (creating slides / charts and editing presentations)
- Strong communication skills (written and oral) with ability to deliver messages clearly and succinctly
- Demonstrate ability to multi-task and re-prioritize daily tasks
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- 4 year college degree or equivalent financial service experience
