Job Description
The Senior Marketing Strategy Associate within the Customer Engagement Marketing team will support the development and execution of customer-centric marketing strategies that drive engagement, deepen and foster portfolio growth across Chase credit cards. This role will focus on establishing strategies for lending treatments, such as balance transfer, credit line management, and innovative payment solutions like buy now, pay later installment for both consumer and business cards. This position sits within Card Services in Chase’s Marketing Growth & Innovation organization and will report into the Marketing Strategy Manager for Lending & Small Business Marketing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the seamless execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring flawless delivery across multiple channels, including email, direct mail and digital
- Conduct journey mapping exercises and collaborate with analytics to pinpoint high-impact moments for personalized messaging
- Coordinate marketing inputs, including messaging, segmentation, and offer strategy, ensuring alignment with creative, legal, and execution teams
- Develop and implement test plans, tracking performance across key work streams to drive continuous improvement
- Partner with business, analytics, and creative teams to synthesize insights and identify optimization opportunities
- Prepare compelling presentations and business updates for key stakeholders, showcasing progress and strategic direction
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Ability to leverage insights from both qualitative and quantitative analytics, effectively summarizing key findings
- Demonstrated capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-performing environment
- Proactive approach to managing timelines and project deliverables, ensuring timely execution
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders, aligning decisions to meet deadlines
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to solve complex problems and drive impactful business outcomes
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
- Proven expertise in project management, organizational and communication skills
- Minimum 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a strategic role
