Job Description
Role Overview:
Chase Media Solutions is seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Manager to help bring CMS marketing campaigns, content, and events to life. This role will be instrumental in driving timelines, managing intake, and ensuring cross-functional partners are aligned as we scale the CMS platform. The Program Manager will play a key role in achieving strategic marketing objectives, enhancing brand visibility, and driving engagement with target audiences. You’ll be the air traffic controller, keeping projects on track and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Job responsibilities
- Manage the intake process for CMS marketing requests from Sales, Product, and Events, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Maintain workback schedules and track progress on key deliverables, including campaign milestones and performance metrics.
- Coordinate across creative, content, and strategy teams to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
- Support planning and logistics for CMS presence at tentpole and field events, ensuring seamless execution and impactful engagement.
- Track cross-functional campaign and product launch timelines alongside the Ad Product GTM team, providing regular updates and insights.
- Assist with documentation, file management, and team-wide status updates, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Provide day-to-day support to the ED, Marketing and VP, Marketing Strategy, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making.
- Assessing workflows and provide recommendations for future improvements, leveraging data-driven insights.
- Supporting Executive Director and VP with budgeting requests, approvals, and reporting.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, project management, or agency operations.
- Experience managing creative or campaign workflows in a cross-functional team, with a focus on achieving strategic objectives.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Clear communicator and natural collaborator, able to liaise across teams and levels, fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday, Asana, Airtable, Smartsheet, etc.), with a preference for tools currently used by the team.
- Interest in media, advertising, and product marketing, with knowledge or experience in these areas considered a plus.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
