Job Description
Payments Marketing drives brand awareness, connects institutions and small businesses to scalable solutions, and creates revenue opportunities for the wider JPMorgan Payments organization. With direct support for senior leadership, Payments Marketing campaigns and initiatives position JPMorgan Payments as a front-runner in the fintech space. Join our team to help define and build the Payments brand, communicate value, reach and influence audiences, and drive action to stronger revenue pipelines.
As a Senior Associate Business Manager within the Payments Marketing Team of the Commercial & Investment Bank, you will analyze and produce monthly financials, support executive projects, and develop change management solutions. You will partner with business group leaders and executive leadership to drive financial insights, campaign strategy, and operational change management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze and produce monthly financials by collaborating with executive management across Transformation, Marketing, Accounting, and Planning & Analysis.
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and build dashboards for expense utilization, budget, and forecast.
- Support Finance & Business Management lead and work closely with Payments Marketing CMO and Head of Transformation on executive projects and operational change management.
- Build a financial single source of truth for executive management.
- Partner with business group leaders in preparation for quarterly business reviews, business casing, and strategic planning.
- Develop change management solutions to align business support functions across all PnL components.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop insights into performance marketing, campaign ROI, and global campaign strategy.
- Create and deliver executive-level presentations and financial insights.
- Ideate big picture thinking and provide strong executive storytelling.
- Work across a matrixed organization and collaborate with global Payments Marketing stakeholders.
- Support market expansion, instrumentation & metrics, and overall portfolio management initiatives.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
- Intermediate to advanced MS Suite skillset with the ability to analyze large data sets and build financial insights.
- Understanding of business processes and corporate finance.
- Ability to adapt to different leadership personalities.
- Strong written skills with the ability to present complex data and analyses at the executive management level.
- Ability to influence executive decision-making.
