You will play a key role in enabling the firm to leverage data, analytics, and AI to deliver innovative solutions and manage risk effectively.
As a Portfolio and Management Director within the Chief Data Office, you will lead investment planning, portfolio governance, and program management for the firm’s data and analytics transformation. You will partner with Lines of Businesses and Corporate Functions to deliver AI-ready data, manage data and privacy risk, and execute on strategic initiatives that support the firm’s commercial goals.
Job responsibilities:
- Manage annual investment planning and budgeting for the Chief Data Office
- Oversee portfolio governance, reporting, and control frameworks for change initiatives
- Maintain and update the portfolio roadmap, identifying trends and critical risks, actions, issues, and decisions (RAID)
- Measure and report on portfolio performance and metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Facilitate program outputs, including developing playbooks of repeatable processes for ongoing success
- Lead strategic change initiatives from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Communicate and coordinate with Lines of Businesses and Corporate Functions to gather status updates and promote alignment on program deliverables
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization
- Coach team members and contribute to group objectives
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Extensive experience in portfolio, program, or change management and process design
- Strong communication (oral and written) and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and prioritize under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines and execute strategic change initiatives
- Ability to build consensus and progress initiatives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels across various functions
- Excellent leadership skills in managing programs, projects, teams, or employees
- Ability to articulate complex ideas and challenges succinctly
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Strong background in data, analytics, or product management
- Experience and technical knowledge of data management, governance, big data platforms, or data architecture
- MBA or advanced degree from a top-tier program
