Job Description
The Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) at JPMorgan Chase is at the forefront of accelerating the firm’s data and analytics journey. The Transformation team within CDAO is pivotal in executing strategic initiatives that align with CDAO priorities. This team spearheads critical cross-CDAO projects, equipping Lines of Businesses and Corporate Functions with the necessary tools and solutions to achieve AI-ready data and manage data risk effectively and efficiently.
As a Vice President on the Transformation Team within CDAO, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the portfolio management capabilities across CDAO.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monday.com backlog: Own the consolidated Monday.com backlog ensuring all enhancements are prioritized and aligned with the engineering team
- Consolidated CDAO Requirements: Work with all the CDAO Monday.com leads to create consolidated view of requirements and ensure consistent use of the tool
- Business Requirements: Provide detailed business requirements to the engineering team for all required Monday.com enhancements
- Monday.com Integrity: Ensure the overall integrity of Monday.com and that it continues to drive the CDAO portfolio teams portfolio management roadmap
- Create Portfolio Views: Create CDAO Transformation specific Monday.com views to support the portfolio management governance
- Monday.com UI Changes: Work with the engineering team to implement UI specific changes (workflows and out of the box solutions)
- Monday.com Training: Provide core Monday.com user training / support across the CDAO organization
- Portfolio Management & Operations: Provide CDAO portfolio management, governance and operational support as needed
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Monday.com Expertise: Strong experience in working with Monday.com, including workflow creation and automation in a portfolio / project management context
- Portfolio Management: Experience of working and driving portfolio management across a complex organization
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic solutions that align with the wider portfolio management roadmap
- Collaboration / Negotiation Skills: Ability to collaborate / negotiate effectively with stakeholders, engineering, and partners to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex challenges and develop innovative solutions.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate virtual teams
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Experience in running projects
- Experience within a data and/or analytics organization, or specific strategy project experience in the field of data and/or analytics.
- Experience and technical knowledge of data management and governance, big data platforms, or data architecture preferred.
- MBA and/or advanced degree from a top-tier program.
