The Associate, Partnerships Performance Management role will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end management of our strategic partnerships.

As the Partnerships Performance Management Associate within the Strategic Partnerships organization, you will serve as the central point of coordination for performance reporting, benefit validation, and invoicing framework for partner benefits within Strategic Partnerships. This role is essential in driving data-driven optimization of partner benefits as well as ensuring accurate fulfillment of benefits and contractual obligations. The ideal candidate is dependable, thorough, and comfortable working with internal systems, cross-functional teams, and external contacts in a professional corporate environment.

Job responsibilities

  • Serve as the business point of contact for all partnerships performance reporting, benefit validation framework, and invoice processing
  • Establish and implement standardized performance measurement frameworks across multiple strategic partnerships
  • Collaborate with analytics to write requirements for Tableau dashboards, establishing consistent reporting across all partnerships for internal and external purposes
  • Establish a framework for benefit validation to support Controls and Invoice processes
  • Own the invoicing and payment process across all partners to ensure timely payment and accurate budget projections
  • Lead the implementation and documentation of the team’s data and reporting processes and controls, identify and implement opportunities for automation

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 2-3 years of experience in performance management, operations, administrative finance or similar field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience working with Tableau
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact professionally with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience supporting partnership finance or partnership management functions.
  • Familiarity with JPMC invoicing systems (e.g. Ariba) a plus.
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial documentation.
  • Exposure to contract terms related to invoicing (e.g., payment terms, billing schedules, deductions).
