Job Summary

As a Program Manager (Vice President) within the Strategic Program Management team in Corporate Human Resources, you will be a key driver in transforming strategic plans into tangible programs and projects. You will leverage your deep knowledge and expertise in project management to navigate complex issues and ensure successful execution. Your role involves significant cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, process improvement and conflict management to align operations initiatives with business strategy. Your strategic thinking and adaptability will be crucial in contributing to the overall success of the programs we deliver.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the transformation of strategic plans into high-impact programs and projects.
  • Oversee program execution, ensuring alignment with business strategy and timely delivery.
  • Utilize data analytics to monitor progress and direct necessary adjustments.
  • Build deep, trust-based advisory relationships with key client stakeholders and senior leaders, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the engagement.
  • Build, lead, and manage diverse teams, fostering continuous learning and growth.
  • Collaborate to resolve arising issues and ensure program success.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience leading and managing complex programs or projects - developing plans, analyzing risks/benefits, and driving teams to completion.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and the ability to interpret models and make inferences.
  • Proven experience in managing across diverse teams, with a focus on fostering an inclusive environment and coordinating work across different parts of a department.
  • Experience in conflict management and creating win-win solutions.
  • Advanced computer literacy and effective use of technology.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to evaluate scenarios and develop strategies.
  • Strong executive-level communication skills and presence.

  • Integrate artificial intelligence solutions to enhance project outcomes.
  • Streamline project workflows and increase operational efficiency.
